销售职位简介：

· Has deep product and disease area knowledge

· Achieves/exceedsobjectives of the territory

· Executesthe marketing strategy elaborated by Marketing Manager. Identify and cooperatewith HCPs from the appropriate segment and realize the promotion plans

· Hasa thorough knowledge of his/her territory and location of key HCPs

· Updatesdatabase of clients

· Coordinateslocal “ In Hospital Meetings”

· UpdatesHCPs profiling timely and makes visits according to planned target

· Establishesand maintains contacts with key HCPs and understands customer needs

· Keepsrequired standards regarding call rate, level of knowledge, competencies,behaviors and personal look.

· Regularly(each day) reports calls in ETMS system.

· Preparesaccurate reports on time as well as follows established procedures ofcontacting his/her direct supervisor.

· Providesthe direct supervisor with information of effectiveness of BMS promotionalmaterials.

· Developsand improves his/her professional knowledge through indicated trainings andconferences as well as individual work with medical literature

· Shareshis/her knowledge and experience with other team members.

· Maintainsthe professional equipment and promotional materials in excellent state.
